Who we are

Trinco System is owned and managed by a small group of leaders with significant experience in both government organizations as well as IT systems and projects. Because of our background, we understand that the 'business' of government is different than that of the private sector and that electronic government involves far more than internet technology. Trinco System is aware that government leaders have not only very different bottom line goals and objectives, but success is measured differently too - by open access instead of patents or trademarks; and by accountability to all citizens not just to shareholders. Even though the technology options are the same for both public and private enterprises we understand that they must be deployed differently. Because of our large knowledge base in both the public and private sectors we know that procurement, staffing, security and system implementations must be done in a manner consistent with the unique restrictions and responsibilities of government.

Our understanding

Trinco System bases the services that we provide off the idea that Information Technology is simply a set of tools used to achieve business results through improved customer service, better program effectiveness, increased cost efficiencies, greater competitive advantage or a better bottom line. Deploying technology only because it is faster, smaller, and cheaper is often a waste of money and time if concrete results are not achieved. We understand there is often a language barrier between technologists and business leaders that can slow progress and lead to poor decisions. Because we speak both languages we are able to help our clients effectively use I/T to improve business results.
